4 major X-Factors to watch from the Seahawks vs. Falcons matchup in Week 1

The NFL kicks off this week with some exciting matchups. One of the more exciting matchups is when the Seattle Seahawks travel to Atlanta to face the Atlanta Falcons.

This matchup will feature two quarterbacks who are on the path towards the Hall of Fame and may have already done enough to earn their place. Two wide receiving duos who are among the most talented in the NFL. The defenses are the biggest question marks for each team even after making some changes in the offseason and in a high-flying matchup like this each stop is vital.

Both teams have big expectations this year and will need to get things started on the right foot. Seattle plays in a division with the reigning NFC Champions, San Francisco 49ers; the rookie of the year led Arizona Cardinals; and a Los Angeles Rams squad who finished with a winning record in 2019.

On the other side, the Falcons need to keep pace with Drew Brees and the Saints, Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Teddy Bridgewater and the Carolina Panthers. Both divisions should be ultra-competitive this year and winning a non-division game is crucial.

With that, let’s take a look at the biggest X-Factors for Seattle Seahawks vs. Atlanta Falcons in Week 1 of the 2020 NFL season.
