Injuries have already hit the Cowboys hard, as the team juts placed Anthony Harris on the IR. Luckily for Dallas, they are getting a cornerback back.

Jourdan Lewis missed Week 1 with an ankle injury, but is back for Week 2 against the Falcons. With Atlanta’s strong passing game, and no Harris, Lewis’ role becomes more important for Dallas.

The passing defense of the Cowboys let Jared Goff get to his receivers too easily, as they played softer in coverage and didn’t really press on the line.

It doesn’t get easier in Week 2, with Atlanta having 450 yards passing, an absurd amount against the Seahawks last week. It will more important than ever that Lewis, who had a couple interceptions last season, steps up in Week 2.
