4 major X-factors to watch in the Rams vs. Eagles matchup in Week 2

Rams, Eagles
NFL Analysis Network

The Philadelphia Eagles and the Los Angeles Rams will do battle in Week 2 of the 2020-21 NFL season. The Eagles are coming off an embarrassing loss against the Washinton Football Team while the Rams defeated the Dallas Cowboys in a close game Sunday night.

The Eagles will look to rebound and get back on track but have many issues they must address. The first is their offensive line. Philadelphia entered the game burdened with injuries and because of that, surrendered eight sacks against Washington.

In Week 1, the Eagles were without starting running back Miles Sanders and wide receiver Alshon Jeffery, which put QB Carson Wentz in a tough spot. Philadelphia will look to bounce back in Week 2 against the Rams.

The Rams are looking go 2-0 after using their surprisingly good ground game to churn out 157 yards on 43 carries. While Jared Goff did not throw a touchdown, he did manage the game enough to pull out a close victory. The Rams’ defense held tight when it mattered most and will look to duplicate the same success Washington did against the Eagles’ offensive line.
