This matchup will feature two teams that expect a huge season but were defeated in their opener. Both the Minnesota Vikings and Indianapolis Colts suffered tough losses in their first game.

For Indianapolis, the disappointment level is high heading into Week 2. They had a layup game against the Jacksonville Jaguars in the opener but were stuffed at the rim.

Gardner Minshew completed 19 of 20 passes and finished with three touchdowns on his way to a 27-20 upset of the Colts. This is not the way the Philip Rivers era was supposed to begin in Indy. Now they will have to take on a determined Vikings’ team.

Minnesota was run over by the Green Bay Packers in their opener. The Vikings fell in a 29-10 hold and could not climb out. There were many holes on both sides of the ball for Minnesota but there is a chance to turn things around against a Colts’ team that looked vulnerable. Neither of these teams can afford to go 0-2 in the divisions they play in.
