1. Quarterback Battle

This is an intriguing quarterback matchup. Kirk Cousins and Rivers are very similar this season. There is a lot of pressure on each player to perform well and lead their teams deep into the playoffs. An 0-2 start is not a good way to begin that campaign.

Cousins finished 19-25 for 259 yards with two touchdowns and an interceptions in Week 1. Rivers was 36-46 for 363 yards with one touchdown and two interceptions.

Turnovers were a huge factor for both of these veterans in the first game of 2020. That cannot be the case this week. Rivers and Cousins will need to take care of the ball against defenses that will look to generate turnovers.

The quarterback battle is a huge X-Factor in most NFL games but even more in this one. Two quarterbacks with huge pressure on them. Veteran players need to lead their teams in a positive way. One will have to outplay the other one in this game.
