The Sack Production From Justin Houston

While the Colts may not have made many huge free agency additions last offseason, they did make one. Justin Houston was brought in late in free agency to provide the team with more pass rushing. Matt Eberflus used him well and Houston still has it in him to be an elite pass rusher.

In 2019 with the Colts, Houston ended up recording 44 total tackles to go along with 11 sacks, two forced fumbles, and three fumble recoveries. The Indianapolis defense still needs more work, but their ability to get to the quarterback was much-improved.

Houston still has plenty of football left in the tank as well. Frank Reich has been vocal about feeling like Houston can provide even more in 2020. If that happens, the Colts are going to make a lot of opposing quarterbacks have nightmares ahead of their matchup.
