The Packers took Gary with the 12th pick in the 2019 draft, then watched him deliver just 21 total tackles and two sacks. But he also only played 24 percent of the defensive snaps during the regular season, and the departure of Kyler Fackrell in free agency leaves behind a 40 percent snap share from last year.

At 277 pounds, Gary could also be used as an interior defensive lineman to fortify that area for the Packers.
