1. Rushing attack
This is the main reason why the Browns will compete and win any game. They are averaging over 200 rushing yards per game over the first four. The Browns have been using both Chubb and Hunt in creative ways to get them the ball.
With Chubb out, Hunt will take on a larger workload but that also means more work for Johnson. He stepped in and finished with 95 yards against the Cowboys after Chubb went out.
Granted, the Colts’ defense is miles ahead of the Cowboys, but this does not mean that the run game will just disappear for the Browns. Kevin Stefanski has made it clear that he wants to establish the run early and often. That is what they must do in this one.
When a team rushes for 200 or more yards, they are hard to beat. That means they are sustaining drives and taking time off the clock. Anytime Rivers is on the sideline is a good time for Cleveland. They will do this by running the ball and running it well.
