2. Cole Kmet, Notre Dame

Many might think Notre Dame standout tight end Cole Kmet would be the top option for the Steelers, but that isn’t the case. However, he would be an immediate upgrade for Pittsburgh.

Kmet is a big body with great athleticism and follows in the steps of quite a few very talented Fighting Irish tight ends. His ability will give him a chance to be one of the best to ever come out of Notre Dame. Now, he simply needs to find the right fit.

Pittsburgh would likely have to target Kmet in the first round or early in the second. That may be a bit too rich for their taste.
