49ers: 4 massive bold predictions for San Francisco in 2020

1. 49ers Win Super Bowl

This is the ultimate bold prediction for any team. The Super Bowl is never determined in July or August no matter how strong the team looks on paper. One thing that is certain is that the Niners will be one of the top teams, if not the top team, in the NFC at full strength.

Super Bowl LIV was extremely disappointing for the Niners. They led 20-10 with the ball with 11:57 left in the game. San Francisco was unable to hang on as the Chiefs scored 21 unanswered points in the fourth quarter. This is not something that is forgotten easily. The Niners will enter the season with a championship on their mind so erase this game from their memory.

First, they will have to get there. The NFC is full of talent, especially in the west. The biggest competition for the Niners might be in their own division with the Seattle Seahawks. The other threat is the New Orleans Saints. The two NFC North teams that the Niners beat during the 2019 postseason will be dangerous once again. Even the NFC East has potential with the Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Eagles.

San Francisco will enter the season with the best defense in the conference. This will get them far on it’s own. If Garoppolo can take that next step under center, the sky is the limit for San Francisco. They could be in line for their first championship in 26 years.
