1. Tight End George Kittle
Say it with me. George Kittle is the best tight end in the league.
George Kittle is on course to rack up more yards after the catch than any other tight end since we began grading in 2006.https://t.co/y91QC0Dy0P pic.twitter.com/2o4TBtbHxo

Look at the statistics:
- Second in the league in yards after the catch with 541.
- The fastest tight end to 535 or more yards after the catch since 2006 (in just ten games).
- He’s top three amongst tight ends in both catches and receiving yards. Kittle’s 50 catches to Pierre Garçon’s 24 and his 775 yards to Marquise Goodwin’s 339.
- Tied for the most among tight ends in 20 or more yard catches.
- He leads all tight ends in 40 or more yard catches.
- Kittle also more than doubles in those categories to the next closest receiver on his team.
- He’s averaging 10.7 YAC which is more than Todd Gurley, James White, Christian McCaffrey, and Alvin Kamara.
And to add onto the big season by him, he’s doing in ten weeks after using three different quarterbacks. What other tight ends can say that?
His play hasn’t gone unnoticed as he’s become the focal point of the passing game. He’s taking over the role of the possession receiver and third down target with the lacking play from the wide receivers.
His improvement from last season has turned him from a reliable security blanket for quarterbacks to a bonafide star at his position. Look to see more of him in the future.
