Neither of these teams are good. Even though the NFC East has to have a winner who goes to the playoffs, that does not mean that team will have any chance at winning a Super Bowl.
There is a high chance that the winner of the NFC East has a losing record and still ends up going to the playoffs. The deciding factor in this one is going to be who is just a bit better than the other bad team.
The key difference here is that Dallas has Ezekiel Elliott, who is an All-Pro running back. Despite having far too many fumbles, he will likely be the best player on the field when these teams face off.
