Kyle Van Noy Records Two Sacks

One of the handful of linebackers that left the Patriots, Kyle Van Noy may know the Patriots better than any of them.

Van Noy spent four seasons with the Pats and is now reunited with former Pats linebacker coach Brian Flores. Between th two, each will have a pretty good idea of how Belichick and McDaniels run things. Now granted, the offense will look very different with Newton instead of Brady, but that doesn’t chnage the offensive line all that much.

And the offensive line is a concern for the Patriots. Both left and right tackle will feature players that haven’t played significant minutes. While Isaiah Winn is a first-round talent, injuries have kept him off the playing field. Korey Cunningham most likely will be on the right side, but he’s played a grand total of one game so far.

Bottom line, the Patriots, specifically on the outside, have issues at the front line. Van Noy knows the system and can expose the weaknesses and will bring done Newton twice in this matchup to lead all Dolphin players in sacks.
