3. Tom Brady Does Not Turn the Ball Over
Tom Brady had a shaky start to his Buccaneers’ tenure. He threw two interceptions in the season opener against the New Orleans Saints and added another against the Panthers. As the weeks go on, Brady’s connections will get stronger.
Brady’s first game with the Buccaneers was definitely not the smoothest. He threw a bad interception in the first half when Evans stopped short on a route and Brady sailed the throw. His second interception was on an out-route that he did not put close enough to the sideline and it was taken back for a touchdown.
It looked better against the Panthers and will take another step in this one against Denver. Achieving such results will be important for the Buccaneers to continue to solidify themselves as contenders.
With Brady under center, the Buccaneers seem to be an automatic contender. They will figure out their offense as the season goes on and there will be significant progression at the end.
