Isaiah Simmons Will Record His First NFL Sack.

The Cardinals pass rush is led by none other than Chandler Jones. Jones, who is now out with for the season with a torn bicep, only had 1 sack on the early year. The Arizona Cardinals will be coming into this matchup with the 7th most sacks in the NFL (14).

With no Jones, it is time someone else steps up and seizes the opportunity. The rookie out of Clemson, Isaiah Simmons, can prove his worth this week on Monday Night Football. They will be going up against a Dallas offensive line that has only allowed 11 sacks on the year. In this week’s matchup, I think the Cardinals will bring a lot of pressure. With no Dak, the Cowboys game-plan will be different. They will try to establish the run and then branch off of that.

The Cardinals are going to need to help its secondary and the way to do that, is to get to the QB. So far on the year, the Cowboys have started each game in a similar way. They get down early, have a turnover or two and then storm all the way back in the game. This week, with no Dak, the Cardinals are going to need to be aggressive to slow this explosive offense down. I expect them to stack the box, forcing Dalton to beat them with his arm.

With no Jones going up against a stacked offense, expect a lot of pressure packages form Arizona. Simmons will be able to utilize his speed and strength and get his first sack of his career in this one.
