Christian Kirk Will Have Over 100 Receiving Yards
Kyler Murray has the third most interceptions (6) in the league through 5 weeks. As highlighted earlier, the offensive line is a weakness, but, keep in mind that Murray isn’t receiving much help from his wide receivers. Obviously, Hopkins has been excellent on the year, but, Kirk and Larry Fitz have had quiet years.
Through 5 weeks, DeAndre Hopkins has 45 receptions for 528 yards and 2 touchdowns. The second leading wide receiver is Christian Kirk, who has 11 receptions for 154 yards and 1 touchdown. The third leading wide out is speedster, Andy Isabella, who has 10 receptions for 147 yards and 2 touchdowns. The scouting report is quite obvious: stop DeAndre Hopkins.
In the win over the Jets, Kirk was able to provide some viable production as he had this best game on the season. Kirk recorded 5 catches for 78 yards. Going up against a weak Dallas secondary that will focus a lot on Hopkins, Kirk has a chance to have another big game. Murray might want to focus more on spreading the ball around instead of primarily throwing to D Hop.
This is a perfect game for this Arizona offense to establish more chemistry in spreading the ball around on offense. I urge fantasy owners all over who have Kirk on their roster, to start him this week.
