1. Chiefs Win in Blowout Fashion
It’s not going to be easy for any team to go up against the Chiefs and come away with a win. Kansas City’s offense is just so high powered and that was put on full display in their Week 1 outing against the Texans.
The Chargers’ offense is simply not effective enough to be able to keep up with high-powered opposing units. The Chiefs can put up points in a hurry when needed while Los Angeles has to use a gradual approach with a limited ceiling.
With Patrick Mahomes leading the charge with a dynamic running back in the backfield in Clyde Edwards-Helaire, it’s going to be too difficult for the Chargers’ defense to do well enough to put the offense in a position to win.
Many teams are going to lose against the Chiefs this season and a fair amount of the outcomes will come with a lopsided result on the scoreboard. Kansas City will be 2-0 entering their Week 3 showdown with the Ravens.
