5. Jimmy Garoppolo May Not See The Field This Week

The loss of Jimmy Garoppolo was clearly felt by the San Francisco 49ers when they lost to an Eagles team that just tied the Cincinnati Bengals the week before.

This should have been a game that was won easily, but instead it turned into a critical loss. The season is still early so there is time to make this loss up, but San Francisco found out that they cannot hope to compete without Garoppolo.

As bad as Philadelphia has looked this year, the Miami Dolphins are several notches below. Miami has no pretense about trying to win this year, instead hoping that Tua can get healthy and learn enough to take over the offense full-time next year.

With this being a game that the 49ers should be able to easily win, resting Garoppolo might be the better decision rather than trying to rush him back against a bad team. Be on the lookout for Jimmy to get an extra week of rest.
