4. Kyler Murray Scores on the Ground Again
It looks like Kyler Murray made the right decision when he decided to play football instead of baseball. The Cardinals are 2-0 and Murray is playing great football. He has completed 66.7% of his passes while throwing for 516 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions.
Murray has been an incredible runner through two games. Aside from his immediate connection with Deandre Hopkins, the rushing attack has been the best part of Murray’s game. He has rushed for 158 yards and three touchdowns.
Currently, Murray is averaging 7.5 yards per carry. His decision making has been great deciding when to run the ball. When he is in the open field, Murray is difficult to catch. He is extremely shifty with the ball in his hands.
This has been such a big part of his game through two games, it might as well keep going. Kingsbury clearly does not mind when his quarterback runs the football and why would he? Expect Murray to get in the end zone using his legs once again.
