5 bold predictions for the Lions vs. Falcons matchup in Week 7

The Atlanta Falcons continue to be one of the most confusing teams in the NFL. They decided to fire Dan Quinn and immediately picked up their first win of the season. They will take on the Detroit Lions in Week 7.

Atlanta jumped on the Minnesota Vikings early last week and led 20-0 heading into halftime. They ended up scoring 40 points in a blowout victory. Sometimes it takes a coaching change.

Quinn overstayed his welcome as head coach of the Falcons and they finally decided to let him go. The Falcons have another winnable game on their schedule here.

The Lions are another team with an awful head coach that should be let go at the end of the season. Matt Patricia was one of four coaches on the hot seat this season. Two have been let go and that leaves Patricia and Adam Gase next.

For now, at least, all is well in Detroit. They picked up a 34-16 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars but will have their hands full in this one. There are just three combined wins in this game but there is a chance for an explosive matchup.

Here is five bold predictions for the Detroit Lions vs. Atlanta Falcons matchup in Week 7 of the 2020 NFL season.
