Teddy Bridgewater Will Have 300 Passing Yards
The Panthers’ offense has a lot of playmakers. While a lot of focus goes to Christian McCaffrey, DJ Moore has quietly developed into one of the better receivers in the league. Robby Anderson is also a very good deep threat receiver.
With all these weapons around him, Teddy Bridgewater will have a fantastic game. Bridgewater will have one of his best games since returning from that devastating leg injury a few years ago.
Throughout his career, Bridgewater has never been a huge stat popping QB. However, with this new Panthers offense Teddy Bridgewater may open it up a bit more. The Buccaneers’ defense is not their strong point. Bridgewater may be able to hit his weapons for some big-time plays this week.
Against the Saints, Tampa Bay’s defense did not give up a lot of yards to Drew Brees. However, a lot of that is because the Saints defense had a few turnovers. With the short field of work, the Saints did not have to go very far to score. The Buccaneers will likely cut down on the turnovers this week. That means that Bridgwater and the Panthers will have to drive down the length of the field a lot in order to score.
