5. Keenan Allen Records 100+ Yards
Allen has been one of the top receivers in football over the last few years. He has gone for at least 97 catches and 1,190 yards in each of the last three seasons while scoring 18 touchdowns. He is off to a hot start once again and that will continue on Sunday.
In Week 2, Allen finished with seven catches for 96 yards and a touchdown. The Panthers have been extremely vulnerable defensively against the pass. Against Tampa Bay, it was Mike Evans who got comfortable with seven catches for 104 yards and a touchdown.
Allen is one of the best route runners in the game. He is a true No. 1 threat the Chargers know that they need to get the ball in his hands.
This is a great matchup for Allen. It seems likely that he will have a big game here and that could lead to his first 100-yard game in the 2020 season.
