Cam Newton Pulls Out His Superman Cape
If there has been one great story this season, it has been the resurgence of Cam Newton. After seeing his career derailed by injuries over the last couple of years with the Carolina Panthers, Newton has bounced back strong in his first season with the Patriots.
Newton has completed 68.1 percent of his pass attempts for 714 yards, two touchdowns, and two interceptions. He has wreaked havoc on the ground with 149 yards and four touchdowns.
Going up against Patrick Mahomes will bring the best out of Newton. Throughout his entire career, he has found ways to rise to the occasion. That will be the case again this week against the Chiefs.
He will rack up 250 passing yards, two touchdowns, and no interceptions. On the ground, Newton will end up with 50 yards and another touchdown.
