5 bold predictions for the Rams vs. 49ers matchup in Week 6

Sunday Night Football will feature an NFC West battle between the Los Angeles Rams and San Francisco 49ers. Although it is only Week 6, this is a big game for both teams.

The Los Angeles Rams are 4-1 after defeating the Washington Football Team, 30-10, in Week 5. The San Francisco 49ers are 2-3 after suffering a terrible defeat to the Miami Dolphins, 43-17, in Week 5. The NFC West is arguably the best division in the NFL.

The 49ers have been bit by the injury bug early in the year as both DE’s Nick Bosa and Solomon Thomas suffered torn ACL’s in their Week 2 victory over the New York Jets. While they are slowly getting healthy, there are some concerns around QB Jimmy Garoppolo, after he was benched in last week’s loss.

The Rams on the other hand, are back to playing good football. After a sluggish 2019 season, they are off to a good start. Their defense has been surprisingly good this year and as always, their offense is kicking it into high gear.
