3. Josh Allen Finishes with Passing & Rushing TDs
Buffalo’s offense is rolling right now and a main reason is because Allen looks like he is taking the next step as a quarterback. Through two games, Allen has throw for 729 yards with six touchdowns and no interception while completing 70.4% of his passes.
Allen has shown the ability to run over the first two years of his career. He logged 1,141 yards and 17 touchdowns during his first two years in the league. In 2020, Allen has rushed 18 times for 75 yards and one score.
It is clear that he has been focusing on throwing the football and not turning it over. He has done well at that thus far. Against the Rams, Allen will score both a passing touchdown and a rushing touchdown.
The Bills received criticism for their selection of Allen because he played at Wyoming. It looks like they got the best quarterback from that draft not named Lamar Jackson. The 2020 season can be a special one in Buffalo if Allen continues like this.
