5. Adam Thielen Dominates Xavier Rhodes Matchup
During the offseason, the Vikings moved on from Stefon Diggs after his latest display of dissatisfaction with the organization. Minnesota has become highly reliant on Adam Thielen and he delivered in Week 1 against the Packers.
During the Vikings’ season opener, Thielen managed to rack up six catches for 110 receiving yards and a pair of touchdown receptions. It’s clear he’s set to have a big season and going up against former teammate Xavier Rhodes as his primary matchup, expect another strong outing.
The Colts don’t have the necessary personnel to slow down Thielen when stacking up the two teams head-to-head. However, until the Vikings unleash Justin Jefferson, they will struggle to receive enough impact in the passing game.
Thielen will be relied upon heavily resulting in another outing with over 100 receiving yards with potential for multiple touchdowns. It will be necessary to put the Vikings in a position to win.
