Titans Advance to 1-0 with Narrow Victory
The Titans’ offense is in a much better than it was when they were held scoreless by the Broncos in 2019. It will show when Tennessee produced big numbers against Denver to begin the 2020 season.
When healthy, there’s a lot to like about the Broncos’ defense. However, Bradley Chubb will be on the equivalent of a pitch count and while Von Miller will be sidelined for months due to an injury. Facing a diminished pass-rush will be something the Titans exploit.
With Ryan Tannehill not having to face quite as much heat from the Broncos’ pass rush, it will help make things easier on Derrick Henry in the running game. Overall, Tennessee will be able to hold numerous advantages on offense while doing well enough on defense.
The Titans will manage to build off the impressive run they had to end last season with a win over the Broncos. It’s not going to be by a wide margin, but regardless, a win is a win, making Tennessee 1-0 entering Week 2.
