Terry McLaurin, Washington Redskins
A receiver that went under the radar heading into the 2019 NFL Draft was Terry McLaurin. That didn’t stop him from putting together an impressive rookie season for the Washington Redskins. Now, he appears headed for an even better 2020 season.
The Redskins trusted McLaurin to be a full-time starter right out of the gate. and he did not disappoint. In 14 performances, he managed to record 58 catches resulting in 919 yards and 7 touchdowns, making him one of the more productive rookie receivers in 2019.
It will help McLaurin that Dwayne Haskins is entering his second season and his impact as a player will likely improve. Haskins struggled early in his rookie campaign but capped off the 2019 season on a high note with back-to-back strong performances.
