Jonah Jackson
In the months leading up to this year’s NFL Draft, the number of talented wide receivers has been well-documented. On the other hand, fans and the media alike have been torn on how good this year’s class of interior offensive linemen is.
Atop most team’s draft boards, Cesar Ruiz out of Michigan is going to be regarded as the No. 1 interior offensive lineman. But another Big Ten interior linemen that isn’t getting much notoriety is Jonah Jackson out of Ohio State.
After transferring from Rutgers, Jackson shined in his lone season with the Buckeyes. During the 2019 campaign, Jackson excelled in pass protection and proved that he’s more athletic than he looks. A team in need of some aid in the trenches — preferably a team that runs a zone scheme — is going to get a steal with Jackson.
