Denver Broncos

In speaking of the Denver Broncos, there is a possibility they could look to trade up in the upcoming NFL Draft as well. Along with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, they were included in the report stating their interest in trading up for one of the four top offensive tackle prospects.

The Broncos will be at a disadvantage in pursuit of trading up for. an offensive tackle considering the Buccaneers are one spot ahead of them in the draft order. In addition, the New York Giants, Arizona Cardinals, Cleveland Browns, and New York Jets could select an offensive tackle, too.

This possibility is interesting considering how the Broncos were expected by many as being a potential trade-up candidate to select a premier wide receiver prospect. They would likely need to get ahead of at least the Las Vegas Raiders to have their pick at any receiver prospect.

Considering the depth this year’s draft class has at wide receiver, there isn’t a pressing need to prioritize the position enough to the point of moving up in the first round. They could even just sit where they’re at in the order and have a talented prospect be available to select.
