5 teams who should pursue a trade for Texans star JJ Watt at the trade deadline

The Houston Texans as an organization are at a crossroads. Bill O’Brien is out as head coach and general manager, and Romeo Crennel is in as the interim head coach for the rest of the season.

The Texans are 0-4, their season seemingly flying off the rails after having the toughest schedule in the league thus far.

O’Brien is gone, but all of the issues plaguing the Texans may not be.

Texans star JJ Watt reportedly argued with O’Brien in the weeks leading up to his dismissal. Watt was vocal about Houston’s problems, saying after their fourth straight loss, “Whatever we’re doing is not working.”

Could the Texans look to trade Watt, as a way to recoup draft compensation? Houston has traded away numerous picks over the last few years, but this would be a way to get some picks back.

Here are five teams who should pursue Watt if he’s made available in Houston.
