Week One of the 2020 NFL Season is (mostly) in the books. Now, wasn’t that fun?

The return to football always brings a feeling of relief. Seven months of offseason and speculation and pretending to care about sports like baseball is never easy. But especially this year, for all the reasons that I’m sure you don’t need any reminders of.

But on September 13th, we got our first full day of NFL football in the books. And not only was it fun, but it was good! For a shortened offseason and no preseason games, there was way less shaking off the rust than even makes sense.

And now that we have actual football in the books for most teams, we’re starting to get something of an understanding of who these teams are and what they’re going to be.

While we don’t have the full picture for any team yet, we did learn a bit from teams across the NFL. So now that we’re back into the swing of things, let’s take a step back and reflect on what we’ve learned.
