1. What’s Going On in Philly?

The Eagles opened up their season by blowing a 17-0 lead in Washington. Carson Wentz turned the ball over twice while being sacked eight times. This performance was not viewed as reason to panic because of the injuries along the offensive line but after Week 2, the feeling in Philadelphia is a little tense.

The Eagles welcomed the Los Angeles Rams to town in Week 2 and fell behind immediately. The game had a chance to take a turn when the Eagles recovered a fumble down 21-9. They scored to make it 21-16 but that was the last good moment in this game.

Wentz threw a costly interception in the end zone when the Eagles were driving to potentially take the lead. Is this going to be how the season goes for the Eagles? Is Carson Wentz a true franchise quarterback? There are many questions surrounding the Eagles early on.

Things do not get easier for the Eagles. After a Week 3 matchup with the Cincinnati Bengals, Philadelphia has three matchups against elite teams. They will be on the road against the Niners and Steelers before hosting the Ravens. If they are not careful, the Eagles could start out 1-5 in a season where they were supposed to contend in the NFC.
