The Bears will likely bring in some competition via free agency to push Trubisky next season. Marcus Mariota, Case Keenum, or Kyle Allen are just a few names to watch. However, there is a silver lining here, as I will get into three major reasons Mitchell Trubisky will bounce back in 2020 and just possibly lead the Bears to a playoff run.

Let’s go ahead and dive in to take a look at three reasons Trubisky will bounce back with a strong season in 2020.

  1. Don’t forget to secure a fullback and dumb down the playbook. Mitch is rigid and lacks on field, situational awareness. He plays scared. The game has not slowed down for him. Da bears should revert back to a run first offensive team with Nagy checking his ego at the door. Design a new offense to optimize the limited skill set of the signal caller Pace stuck this team with.
