Bears: Why it’s already safe to call QB Mitchell Trubisky a bust

When the Chicago Bears drafted Mitchell Trubisky No. 2 overall in the 2017 NFL draft, high expectations were set.

A player draft in the top 10 of the NFL Draft immediately becomes a key focus within the organization and within the eyes of the fans, and with that, comes both money and expectations.

Not only did the Bears select Trubisky No. 2 overall, but they were so confident that he was the guy, that they traded up from third in the draft to take him, sacrificing two third-round picks and a fourth rounder to snag him.

Unfortunately for the organization and it’s fans, this excitement would not last long, as Trubisky has failed to live-up to expectations in his first three seasons with the Chicago Bears.

Let’s take a look at why Bears quarterback Mitchell Trubisky should already be considered a draft bust.
