3. At Least Six 300-Yard Passing Games
Drew Lock topped 300 yards in one of his five starts as a rookie, and he only reached 35 pass attempts as well (not in the same game). I’m counting on two volume-driven games against the Chiefs, who he had a season-high 40 pass attempts against last year, and at least two similar games against the remaining AFC West rival Chargers and the Raiders.
Games against the New Orleans Saints, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and New England Patriots bring the prospect of pass volume too, as the Broncos try to keep pace. Contests against the remainder of the NFC South (Carolina Panthers, Atlanta Falcons) will be against vulnerable-looking defenses.
Set the hypothetical over-under at six 300-yard games for Lock in 2020, and confidently bet the over.
