2. Find a Way to Sign Jadeveon Clowney
It says to find a way for a reason. The Browns have made offers to Clowney on multiple occasions and he keeps walking away from the table. Cleveland needs to make sure that Clowney gives an offer some serious thought and eventually puts the pen to paper.
The Browns gave Myles Garrett a massive five-year, $125 million contract this offseason. If Cleveland could add Clowney, this would immediately take their defense to the next level.
Clowney is one of the premier pass rushers in the game. He has totaled 21.5 sacks over the last three years with the Houston Texans and Seattle Seahawks.
While Clowney has walked away from the Browns before, he has not completely ruled them out. If Cleveland can get rid of either Mitchell or Vernon, they will open up even more cap space to add Clowney and solidify the defense.
