The Buffalo Bills could use another wide receiver, and Bleacher Report’s Alex Ballentine feels that Odell Beckham Jr. could be the answer.

The Bills lost wide out Gabe Davis to free agency last month and have yet to replace him. They still have Stefon Diggs as their No. 1 receiver, and Khalil Shakir is currently their second option. However, they have very limited depth at the position.

Beckham is still remaining on the free-agent market, which obviously says something about where teams feel he stands at this stage of his career.

Or perhaps he is valuing himself more highly than other NFL clubs.

Beckham met with the Miami Dolphins over the last couple of weeks and actually received a contract offer from them, but he turned it down.

There hasn’t been much chatter about any other interested parties since, meaning that Beckham would be on the market for quite some time.

The 31-year-old is coming off of a disappointing 2023 campaign with the Baltimore Ravens in which he played 14 games and logged just 35 catches for 565 yards and three touchdowns.

Beckham, who played his collegiate football at LSU, was originally selected by the New York Giants with the 12th overall pick of the 2014 NFL Draft.

He spent the first five years of his career with the Giants and appeared to be on an all-time great trajectory at first, making the Pro Bowl in each of his first three seasons. His best year during that span came in 2015, when he hauled in 96 receptions for 1,450 yards and 13 touchdowns.

New York traded him to the Cleveland Browns in March 2019. Beckham proceeded to spend two-and-a-half underwhelming seasons with the Browns before being released midway through 2021. He went on to sign with the Los Angeles Rams for the remainder of that season and helped the team win a Super Bowl.

Beckham then sat out all of 2022 before joining the Ravens last year.

We’ll see if the Bills look to bring in Odell Beckham Jr. as an auxiliary option for 2024.
