Arizona Cardinals: Ranking the Five Strongest Position Groups

1. Pass Rusher

Markus Golden’s campaign was ended early by injury in 2017, but when he and Chandler Jones are both on the field they are one of the best and most underrated pass-rush duos in the league.

Jones had 17.5 sacks last year while Golden had 12.5 in 2016 and the Cardinals also boast intriguing options in reserve, among them Jacquies Smith, who had 13.5 sacks from 2014-15 before injuries derailed his last two seasons.

Haason Reddick boasts the versatility to play off the edge and, if the Cardinals can get some production out of him and Robert Nkemdiche finally proves a disruptive force from the interior, then Arizona could have one of the most fearsome pass-rush groups in the NFL in 2018.
