Chicago Bears: 3 Goals for WR Allen Robinson in 2018

Stay Healthy

New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick often preaches “availability is more important than ability,” a statement that hits close to home for the Bears organization. Last season the Bears receiving core had an extremely tough time staying on the field due to a myriad of reasons ranging from various injuries to ineffective coaching decisions. With a revolving door at the receiver position, it made it tough for quarterback Mitch Trubisky to develop any kind of rapport or timing with his receivers.

Allen Robinson has been cleared by the Bears medical staff and is operating under the notion that he is 100% healthy. It is important for Robinson to stay healthy throughout the season to not only give himself the confidence mentally that he can perform at an elite level again, but to continue to develop his relationship with Mitch Trubisky.

The sky’s the limit for Allen Robinson and his health will ultimately be the deciding factor in how quickly he returns to being one of the best receivers in football. A notion that will certainly excite Bears fans going into the 2018 season.
