Tennessee Titans
The Jadeveon Clowney sweepstakes is still in full effect and the Tennessee Titans still appear to be in the mix. It appears more likely that he will return to the Seattle Seahawks for at least the 2020 season, meaning a backup plan could be necessary.
There is a substantial need for the Titans to find more sources for pass rush. With the departure of Jurrell Casey to the Denver Broncos, there is clear outlook to make a play for a dynamic talent like Chris Jones. It’s vital for the unit to raise it’s profile beyond being in the middle of the pack.
It seems difficult to believe the Kansas City Chiefs would willingly trade Jones to the team they squared off against in the AFC Championship Game. The Titans should still make a real effort to land Jones to help provide a real boost to their defense, nevertheless.
