The Browns have built up talent at the premium positions you need in order to make a successful turnaround in the NFL. The Buffalo Bills made the playoffs for the first time since 1999 in 2017. The Jacksonville Jaguars made it for the first time since 2007, so it’s not out of the realm of possibility to come from nowhere.
