The Cleveland Browns went 0-16 in 2017. You read that right. 0 wins. Can’t get much worse, right? The team heads into 2018 with no expectations and positive headlines after a flashy offseason. A new GM, starting quarterback, offensive coordinator from the rival Steelers, quarterback of the future, Pro Bowl wide receiver, secondary, and much more.

The Browns have built up talent at the premium positions you need in order to make a successful turnaround in the NFL. The Buffalo Bills made the playoffs for the first time since 1999 in 2017. The Jacksonville Jaguars made it for the first time since 2007, so it’s not out of the realm of possibility to come from nowhere.

This season will not bring another 0-16 record, but how much improvement can we expect from this young Browns squad? Five wins? Seven wins? A sneaky playoff berth?

Here are five bold predictions fans should look out for during the Cleveland Browns’ 2018 season.
