2. Dak Prescott Immediately Lives Up To The Hype
Whether the hype and talk surrounding Prescott this season comes from his contract demands or the fact that he is a dark horse MVP candidate, he will live up to it. Prescott will begin the season in impressive fashion against a Rams’ defense that has quite a bit of talent.
Jalen Ramsey and Aaron Donald are obvious superstars and will do everything they can to stop the Cowboys. Unfortunately, they will not be able to get the job done by themselves.
Prescott will end up putting together a true MVP performance. He will rack up 425 passing yards and four touchdowns in the game. Those numbers will make all of the MVP talks a valid conversation.
Beating out guys like Patrick Mahomes and Lamar Jackson won’t be easy, but Prescott loves setting big goals for himself. In Week 1, Prescott will force his way into the MVP picture.
