It was yet another disappointing finish to a season in 2019 for the Dallas Cowboys. After winning their first three games, they finished 8-8 which was one game behind the Philadelphia Eagles in the NFC East. In 2020, the Cowboys will look to turn their fortunes around once again.

Dallas has the year 2020 on its side since it is even. They won the division in 2014, 2016 and 2018. In between on the odd years, they missed the postseason. In 2020, the NFC East will once again be a two-team race between the Cowboys and Eagles. Dallas hopes to get past the divisional round of the playoffs which is something they have not done since 1995.

The Cowboys have had a busy offseason. They signed Amari Cooper to a five-year contract worth $100 million. They were unable to come to terms with Dak Prescott on a long term extension. Prescott signed his exclusive franchise tag and will earn $31.4 million in 2020.

Contract talks will continue following the 2020 season where Dallas might give Prescott an enormous deal despite the fact that he has not won anything in his career — yet.

This could change in 2020. The NFC is full of teams that could make a Super Bowl run and Dallas is one of those teams. Here are four huge predictions for the Cowboys as training camp approaches.
