Cowboys: 5 players to keep an eye on leading up to the 2020 NFL season

Blake Jarwin, Tight End

Next up, the Cowboys are going to be having a new tight end start this season. With the departure of Jason Witten for the Las Vegas Raiders, that leaves Blake Jarwin as the likely starting tight end in Dallas.

Jarwin stands in at 6-foot-5 and 260 pounds, giving Dak Prescott and the Cowboys a massive target at the position. He has a solid all-around skill-set. Mike McCarthy likes utilizing tight ends, which could mean big things for Jarwin.

Last season with the Cowboys, Jarwin ended up with 31 receptions for 365 yards and three touchdowns. They weren’t huge numbers, but he also had a very limited role. That will change this season and his numbers should skyrocket.
