Running Backs

The offense might have some of the very best wide receivers in the game, but a great rushing game opens up the prospects of the passing game, and the Dallas Cowboys are great at running back with Ezekiel Elliott being a dual-threat.

Elliott will easily gain another 1,000-yard season rushing, but with his ability to catch passes out of the backfield, that makes him even more dangerous in 2020. Teams are going to have to focus on Elliott like always, but he’s going to have to get some mismatches this season, and that is where he’s going to be the most dangerous.

Elliott will have what is becoming a normal season for him with at least 1,200 yards rushing and 500 yards receiving this season, and the only way his numbers drop is if the wide receivers start taking away some of those yards he’s become accustomed to gaining.

Also at running back, Tony Pollard is a solid player to have in reserve situations and even on some third down situations as well.
