Dwayne Haskins: 3 things you should know about the Redskins QB

Dwayne Haskins is heading into his second NFL season with the Washington Redskins in 2020. After being drafted with the No. 15 overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft, he ended up playing sparingly as a rookie. By the end of the season, however, he had taken over the starting job.

When everything was said and done, Haskins played in nine regular season games. He completed 58.6 percent of his pass attempts for 1,365 yards, seven touchdowns, and seven interceptions.

Simply playing in his second NFL season will come with a ton of pressure. Add in the fact that the franchise is going through quite a bit with the name change movement and things could be even more pressurized. Haskins could be the face of a completely new-look Washington future.

All of that being said, let’s dive in and take a look at three things you should know about Haskins heading into his second season with the Redskins.
