Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce expressed to his brother, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, his concerns about his behavior during a widely circulated clip wherein he was seen passionately confronting head coach Andy Reid on the sidelines during Super Bowl LVIII.

Discussing the incident on their acclaimed iHeartRadio podcast ‘New Heights,’ which was nominated for Podcast of the Year, the Kelce brothers delved into the matter in their latest episode released on Wednesday.

“You crossed the line,” Jason told Travis. “I think there’s better ways to handle this, retrospectively.”

Travis Kelce revealed his frustration after being substituted off the field following a pivotal 52-yard pass from quarterback Patrick Mahomes to wide receiver Mecole Hardman, setting up a crucial play on the 9-yard line. Despite his prowess in the red zone, Kelce was not included in the personnel package selected by Reid.

The viral footage captured Kelce, aged 34, passionately voicing his discontent to Reid, aged 65, and briefly grabbing his arm as the Kansas City Chiefs trailed the San Francisco 49ers during the second quarter of Super Bowl LVIII.

Following the Chiefs’ exhilarating 25-22 overtime victory against the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday, both Reid and Travis Kelce downplayed the intensity of the interaction, sharing a lighthearted laugh about the incident.

Jason Kelce is always going to be his brother’s biggest fan, but he clearly has no issues holding him accountable as well.
