Mike Gesicki
Average draft position in ESPN leagues: Pick 154
While the Miami Dolphins exceeded expectations in 2019, some members of their offense emerged as viable weapons. Besides DeVante Parker, Mike Gesicki proved he can be a useful target for whoever is under center for the Dolphins next season.
In his first seven games of 2019, Gesicki had zero games of double-digit fantasy points. But in the final nine games of the season, the Penn State product had five double-digit scoring performances. At the same time, he had an average target distance of 9.7 yards (seventh-most among tight ends).
Regardless of whether Ryan Fitzpatrick or Tua Tagovailoa is under center, the Dolphins are still going to be playing from behind in plenty of games. Provided that, Gesicki could be a tight end worth adding in fantasy football next season.
