Denzel Mims, New York Jets
Like Reagor’s situation in Philly, Denzel Mims will enter a wide receiver room that’s lacking any kind of fire power. The New York Jets lost a legit deep threat in Robby Anderson this offseason, and while they attempted to mitigate that loss with the signing of Breshad Perriman, Mims will likely have the opportunity to become to focal point of the Jets passing attack.
Jamison Crowder and Mims should form a nice duo on the outside for the Jets. There’s a good possibility that Mims sees at least 70 targets in his rookie season, and his touchdown numbers should be solid as well because of his jump ball ability in the red zone.
Mims was brought in to grow with quarterback Sam Darnold and the hope is that the two click from day one. Don’t sleep on Mims for your fantasy teams this season, he could easily be the Jets No. 1 target by season’s end.
